Appointment-only practice! In our appointment-based practice, each visit is reserved exclusively for you.
Free parking lots are usually sufficiently available in our street. By public transport, you can reach the practice via the S1 train, Sundgauer Straße station (approx. 10–15 minutes on foot), or by bus line 112, Mürwiker Straße stop (approx. 7 minutes on foot).
Medical Fees
of our Practice
How are fees for private medical treatment calculated and reimbursed?
Billing is carried out according to the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ) and is based on the individual level of effort involved. Our services are generally reimbursed by private health insurance providers. The extent of reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan. Our fees must be paid in full regardless of reimbursement by your insurance company.
Do statutory health insurance providers cover the costs of private medical treatment?
Our services are generally not covered by statutory health insurance. Patients with statutory insurance may consult us as self-paying patients.
What is the fee for the comprehensive initial consultation and what does it include?
The comprehensive initial consultation lasts approximately 60–90 minutes and costs between EUR 280 and EUR 400, depending on time and workload. Laboratory costs and similar expenses are not included.
Please bring all relevant medical records and previous findings to your initial consultation.
What are the fees for follow-up appointments?
Fees for follow-up appointments are also based on time and effort and are calculated according to the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ).
Who can I contact if I have questions about fees or invoices?
If you have any questions regarding our fees or invoices, please feel free to contact us in advance or at any time during the course of treatment.
What should be considered when cancelling an appointment?
Our practice operates on an appointment-only system. This means that scheduled appointments are reserved exclusively and bindingly for each patient. We therefore kindly ask you to cancel your appointment in due time, i.e. at least two business days in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to other patients. If an appointment is not cancelled in time, a missed-appointment fee will generally be charged.
